Judicial Summary
Regulation 29(4) of the Universal Credit Regulations 2013 did not exclude the carer element from being included in the Appellant’s joint award of Universal Credit. Regulation 29(4) did not apply because the Appellant’s joint award of Universal Credit included the Limited Capability for Work Related Activity amount in respect of the claimant’s partner.
