Information Rights – Qualified Exemptions – ‘law enforcement’ Decides: whether inquest proceedings involve “ascertaining whether any person is responsible for any conduct which is improperâ€, bringing them within the scope of the ‘law enforcement’ exemption in section 31(1)(g) read with section 31(2)(b) of Freedom Of Information Act; and whether a risk that public confidence in the outcome of proceedings might be undermined can itself amount to risk of prejudice to those proceedings.
