The Consumer Protection (Enforcement) (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018

This instrument: a) revokes Regulation (EC) No 2006/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council on cooperation between national authorities responsible for the enforcement of consumer protection laws (鈥渢he CPC Regulation鈥�); and b) amends Part 8 (enforcement of certain consumer legislation) of the Enterprise Act 2002 (鈥渢he 2002 Act鈥�) and Schedule 5 (investigatory powers etc.) to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (鈥渢he 2015 Act鈥�).
