The Electronic Identification and Trust Services for Electronic Transactions (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 (withdrawn)
This instrument amends provisions deriving from European Union Regulation 鈥�(EU) No 910/2014 of 23 July 2014 on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market and repealing Directive 1999/93/EC鈥� (鈥渆IDAS Regulation鈥�). This is retained in domestic law under the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (鈥渢he Act鈥�). This instrument repeals the electronic identification aspects and retains the trust services.
The government withdrew this statutory instrument from consideration.
