The Recognition of Professional Qualifications (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2021 (鈥渢his instrument鈥�) makes specific amendments to provisions concerning the alert mechanism in Part 3 of Schedule 1 of the Recognition of Professional Qualifications (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (鈥渢he 2019 Regulations鈥�) in order to remove ineffective obligations on designated competent authorities in respect of alerts made before IP completion day. These amendments address deficiencies arising as a consequence of the United Kingdom鈥檚 (鈥淯K鈥檚鈥�) withdrawal from the European Union (鈥淓U鈥�).
