Warning notices to academies in London
Notices issued to academy trusts following an Ofsted inspection at an academy.
Notices are issued by Dr Vanessa Ogden, Department for Education (DfE) Regional Director for London, to academy trusts about academies causing concern.
The guidance on support and intervention in schools provides details on the action that盍egional directors痂ay take when academies are underperforming or have weaknesses in safeguarding, governance or financial management.
A spreadsheet listing all notices about underperformance issued to academy trusts is also available.
Notices and letters published before September 2022 are available in a separate collection of legacy notices.
