We have also made associated changes to our guidance on the CMA鈥檚 mergers intelligence function (CMA56).

We have updated these documents to reflect changes to the CMA鈥檚 mergers process, embedding our 鈥�4Ps鈥� framework (pace, predictability, process and proportionality).
