The Secretary of State for Transport has approved Bristol Airport鈥檚 request to be designated as Level 3 coordinated and Airport Coordination Limited (ACL) as the slot coordinator for Bristol Airport.

The consultation received a total of 571 consultation responses. Of these:
- 558 were from the original consultation, 24 August 2022 to 5 October 2022
- 13 were received when the consultation was reopened, from 30 March 2023 to 20 April 2023

Proposal for Bristol Airport to:
- be designated a 鈥榗oordinated鈥� airport on a year-round basis, a status reserved for congested airports
- have Airport Coordination Limited as designated coordinator, should the original application be approved
This consultation was but reopened due to revision of the capacity analysis report supplied by Bristol Airport.
