We received 25 responses from individuals, businesses, trade bodies and other organisations.
The responses were generally technical in nature in response to the specific design of the proposed contractual terms.
啦堯梗泭ICC and Waste ICC contractswill be used in the due diligence and negotiations stages of the CCUS Cluster Sequencing process for Track-1.

Consultation description
Following business model updates in 2020 and 2021, this consultation seeks views on the business model for Industrial Carbon Capture (ICC). It covers:
- proposed ICC Terms and Conditions and ICC Front End Agreement
This consultation will be of interest to CCUS stakeholders, including:
- investors and developers in potential CCUS projects
- the energy sector
- industry, including energy intensive industries
- the waste sector
but any organisation or individual is welcome to respond.
