The Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government has decided to implement, subject to Parliamentary approval, the proposal for 3 unitary councils to beestablishedinNorfolk and 3 unitary councils to beestablishedinSuffolk.

The Norfolk proposal wassubmittedby:

  • Great Yarmouth Borough Council
  • Borough Council of Kings Lynn and West Norfolk
  • North Norfolk District Council
  • Norwich City Council
