The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has published聽its final decision to designate Apple as having strategic market status (SMS) in the provision of its mobile platform.

Comments that exclusively address the roadmap have not been published, as this was not included in the scope of this consultation. Stakeholders are welcome to provide comments on the roadmap at any time to mobilesms@cma.gov.uk. We intend to publish an updated version of the roadmap in early 2026.
