Specialised Committee on Road Transport

This specialised committee monitors the implementation and functioning of the road transport titles in the Trade and Cooperation Agreement.

The Specialised Committee on Road Transport is a joint forum between the UK and the EU. This committee oversees the provisions agreed between the UK and EU in the Transport of Goods by Road title (Title I) and the Transport of Passengers by Road title (Title II) of the Trade and Cooperation Agreement.

The Specialised Committee on Road Transport is a forum for the parties to monitor and review the implementation of the titles, ensure their proper functioning, hold technical discussions and exchange information.
