Craig Coben is currently a Managing Director and Expert Witness at SEDA Experts. He has extensiveÌýexpertiseÌýin the corporate finance sector from a career at Bank of America, including as ViceÌýChairmanÌýof Global Capital Markets. Before joining Bank of America, he was a Managing Director, EMEA Equity Capital Markets at Deutsche Bank. He began his career as a securities lawyer at Sullivan & Cromwell.Ìý
