Dr Ros Rivaz appointed as new Chair of Companies House
Ministers confirm that Dr Ros Rivaz will take on the role from 1 March.
Ministers have today (Thursday 26 February) confirmed that Dr Ros Rivaz has been appointed as the new Chair of Companies House. She will begin the role on 1 March,听succeeding听John Clarke who has听been in post听since March 2023.听听
Dr Rivaz brings extensive leadership experience across the public and private sectors.听She听currently听holds board positions at several organisations听including听Anglian Water Services and Group,听the chemicals company听Victrex听plc and specialised steel company Aperam SA. She has previously held a range of other board roles including serving as Chair of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority.听听
Her career spanning听senior roles in technology, digital transformation and corporate governance听will provides听valuable听expertise听that will听benefit听Companies House as it continues its transformation.听
Supported by CEO Andy King and the ministerial team at the Department for Business and Trade, she听will lead the Companies House Board as the organisation continues to听drive forward the Government鈥檚 transparency agenda.听
