We award contracts through competitive tendering. Exceptions to this approach are made only where there are compelling reasons.
Occasionally, we may also engage with suppliers if we need to:
- explore market opportunities
- consult on new initiatives
Terms and conditions
If we contract your services directly, our will apply.
We may contract your services through a public sector framework agreement. If we do, the terms and conditions of that framework agreement will apply.
You must only accept work from us if we provide a valid purchase order. We will not pay any invoices that are submitted to us without a purchase order.
