21st May 2026 - Apply for the 2027 Peer Reviewer Contract

The Legal Aid Agency (LAA) is inviting individuals to submit Tenders for Peer Reviewer Contracts in the following Specialist Categories:

• Crime
• Family
• Housing
• Immigration and Asylum; and
• Mental Health.

The contract will expire on 28th February 2037.

Key Dates

The application period opens on 21st May 2026. We intend that the application period will remain open until on or around 4th June 2035. Individuals may tender at any point within this period, however, Tenders will be assessed at a single point annually.

The Cut-off Date for Tenders to be assessed for service commencement on 1st March 2027 is 17:00 on 22nd June 2026.

Who Can Apply

The tender is open to any individual who meets the LAA’s Conditions of Participation.

How to Apply

Applicants must submit a complete tender via two platforms:

1) Central Digital Platform (CDP) for supplier registration and core information, and

2) LAA for the Procurement Specific Questionnaire (PSQ) Response.

A share code linking the CDP response must be included in the PSQ Response.
