Details

This year, Professor Mark Young from the University of Southampton opened the seminar with a keynote speech ‘Courses for horses: why and when to use human factors methods in investigations.’ We also welcomed speakers Jyoti Palit from TfL and Greg Morse from RSSB.

Presentations from our own inspectors included:

  • Investigating fatigue
  • Communications
  • RAIB’s family liaison strategy

The presentations we are permitted to share have been uploaded. We will add others once we have them, or have permission from the authors or their organisations.

Due to the nature of some of these documents, they may not be fully accessible. We are working across the site to make our content accessible.
