罢丑别听 aims to remove barriers to opportunity in schools and improve the education system to make it more consistent and safer for every child.

The Regulatory Policy Committee (RPC)聽gave a 鈥榞reen鈥� rating to the on 31 January 2025. This means聽that聽we considered聽the impact assessment to be聽fit for purpose based on our scrutiny of the evidence and analysis supporting the case for why regulation is necessary.聽

罢丑别听RPC鈥檚聽opinion refers to the evidence and analysis presented in the impact assessment, not the policy itself.
