These are the final versions of the CfD Standard Terms and Conditions, the Generic Agreement and contract variants for CfD Allocation Round 8.

·¡²¹³¦³óÌýCfD contract issued in Allocation Round 8 (AR8) will comprise 2 components:

  • the specific front-end CfDÌý´¡²µ°ù±ð±ð³¾±ð²Ô³Ù
  • the Standard Terms and Conditions

The generic CfDÌý´¡²µ°ù±ð±ð³¾±ð²Ô³Ù forms the front section of the CfD contract and contains project-specific information that tailors the application of the Standard Terms and Conditions. CfD applicants should select this CfDÌý´¡²µ°ù±ð±ð³¾±ð²Ô³Ù, unless one of the other published variations is required - for example the phased (apportioned and single metering) terms or private network terms.
