This direction confirms that Dave Hill has been appointed as the new Children鈥檚 Social Care Commissioner for Birmingham.
This direction follows publication on 25 November 2016 of which judged the overall effectiveness of Birmingham鈥檚 children鈥檚 social care services as inadequate.
