DWP Test and Learn DPS: how to register and apply

1. Register on the Test and Learn DPSÌý
To apply for Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) accreditation on the Test and Learn Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) ,Ìýyou must first register an account on .Ìý

Once registered on DWP e-Procurement solution,Ìýyou’llÌýthen need to:Ìý

access ‘Find Opportunities’Ìý
The referenceÌýyou’llÌýneed to findÌýtheÌýDPS for Employment and Health Related Test and Learn ProvisionÌýis:ÌýC0393.ÌýOnce you have selected thisÌýopportunityÌýyou’llÌýneed to:Ìý

access ‘ViewÌýDocuments’ whichÌýcontainsÌýfurther instructionsÌýand the DPS documentation

2. The application processÌý
To apply for DWP accreditation on the Test and Learn DPS, there are 2 ‘Questionnaires’ that must be completed.ÌýÌý
ToÌýsubmitÌýyour DWP accreditation application,Ìýyou’llÌýneed to ensure all the sections are completed in order.Ìý
The 2 ‘Questionnaires’ are:Ìý

the qualificationÌýquestionnaire, whichÌýcontainsÌýquestions on organisation details, legal structure, financialÌýinformationÌýand questions relating to grounds for mandatory and discretionary exclusionÌý

the technicalÌýquestionnaire, whichÌýcontainsÌýthe accreditation questions for the service lines that relate to what your organisation has experience andÌýexpertiseÌýinÌý
The technicalÌýquestionnaireÌýisÌýsplit into sections:Ìý

support offeredÌý
-
geographic areaÌý
-
target groupsÌý
-
areas of expertise, such as disabilities and health conditionsÌý
You must apply for at least one of the criteria from each of:Ìý

the service linesÌý
-
target groupsÌý
-
areas of expertiseÌý
If these criteria are not completed, you cannot be accredited.Ìý
More information on the detailÌýrequiredÌýin your application, such as the specification and instructions to potential suppliers, are provided in the attachmentsÌýwhichÌýare found on the ‘View Documents’ section of theÌýDPS opportunity.Ìý
Once you haveÌýsubmittedÌýyourÌýapplicationÌýyou’llÌýbe told the outcome and which service lines you have been accredited for.ÌýYou’llÌýthen be able to receive future tender opportunities for the service linesÌýyou’reÌýaccredited for.Ìý
3. Help and support with your applicationÌý
If you have any questions about using or accessing ,ÌýpleaseÌýuse theÌýÌýin the first instance.Ìý
During and after the accreditation process, support can be requested through the ‘Submit a Request’ section onÌýtheÌý.Ìý
4. Additional InformationÌý
The accreditation process will take up to 10 working days once you haveÌýsubmittedÌýyour application. DWP cannot guarantee thisÌýtimeframeÌýshould further information or clarification beÌýrequiredÌýfrom your organisation.Ìý
A supplier must be accredited to the Test and Learn DPS to be able to receive and bid for opportunities. If there is a live competition running through the Test and Learn DPS at the point your organisation is accredited you may be invited to bid, but the length of the tender period will not be increased. DWP will try to process all applications to the Test and Learn DPS before the publication of a tender.Ìý
If there are no relevant tender opportunities currently available for your area of business, it may be possible for you to sub-contract your services to suppliers on existing agreements. IfÌýyou’reÌýinterested in potential sub-contracting opportunities, you can contact the relevant supplier directly.Ìý
Being accredited on the DWP Test and Learn DPS does not guarantee work, but meansÌýyou’llÌýbe able to receive and bid for future tender opportunities.Ìý
