DWP听currently听provides听a range of policies鈥痺hich provide enhanced support to unemployed claimants over 50鈥痽ears old.听DWP听has听undertaken evaluation work to assess the delivery and impact of some the 50PLUS policies.听听

Three elements of this evaluation activity have already been published:

• the Evaluation of the Private Sector Midlife听MOT听

• the Evaluation of the Midlife听MOT听group sessions听

• the JCP Midlife听MOT听group sessions MI report听

Contribution to the evidence base听听

The publication of this evaluation evidence helps build on the understanding what works for the unemployed 50 plus age group in helping them move towards and into work.听听

Research value听

Evidence will be used to inform policy development for听50 plus claimants.
