Foster with North East is the Department for Education’s pathfinder programme for the regionalisation of foster carer recruitment.
This interim evaluation report presents early findings based on:
- interviews and focus groups
- analysis of quantitative data
The report:
- offers insights into the early implementation of the Foster with North East Hub
- provides an initial assessment of impact
- sets the foundation for future evaluation of outcomes
