You can apply for help with a court or tribunal fee:听
Use the calculator听to听work out your eligibility听for help with fees听based on听your:听听
- income听鈥� how much听money听you earn through paid work听and receive through听other sources听
- disposable听capital听鈥撎齮he total value of听your听assets听(the听money,听property听and stocks or shares听you own)听minus specific听allowances or听things that are听disregarded听

Income calculation听
If you are calculating on income, you will enter your information and (if applicable) your partner鈥檚 information. You will then be听shown听your 鈥榤aximum contribution鈥�.听听
The maximum contribution is how much you would have to pay towards any fee based on your income. For example,听for a fee of 拢100 a maximum contribution of 拢80 would mean that you would be expected to听only听pay 拢80听鈥� the remaining 拢20 would be 鈥榬emitted鈥� (taken off听what you need to pay).听
Disposable capital calculation听
If you are calculating on disposable capital, you will enter your information and (if applicable) your partner鈥檚 information, and the听value of the听fee. You will then be听shown听whether you are eligible.
