Mr Lafferty聽made聽a聽payment after the commencement of聽a聽winding up聽without seeking聽valid聽approval聽in accordance with聽Rule聽4.7(5) of聽The Insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding up) Rules聽2018.聽聽

Accordingly,聽the Authorisation Committee聽has applied a聽regulatory penalty聽of 拢1,500聽in accordance with聽the Committee鈥檚 powers contained in聽ICAS鈥� Insolvency Regulations.
