Summary of complaint

This Order is made in relation to a complaint that Stuart Rathmell breached the Fundamental Principle of Professional Behaviour of the Insolvency Code of Ethics when he failed to comply with a condition placed on his licence prohibiting him from accepting more than eight new appointments per calendar month.  

Accordingly, Mr Rathmell was found liable to disciplinary action under the IPA’s Articles of Association.
