The Professional Development Framework is designed to support civil servants working in all-source intelligence assessment roles. It defines the skills required to conduct all-source intelligence assessment. The framework should be used by analysts and their line managers as part of their continuous professional development; and by recruiting managers to define the skill levels required for roles in their teams. The Framework聽measures competency across four skill levels聽(Awareness, Working, Practitioner, and Expert).
