implements an indefinite ban on the sale and supply of puberty blockers to under 18s by private UK providers and prescribers in the European Economic Area and Switzerland.

The Regulatory Policy Committee (RPC) gave a ‘green’ rating to  on 10 February 2025. This means that we considered it to be fit for purpose based on our scrutiny of the evidence and analysis supporting the case for why regulation is necessary.
