This notice should be read with the Merchant Shipping (Crew Agreements, Lists of Crew and Discharge of Seamen) Regulations 1991 and the ,ÌýMGN 685 Issue of Discharge Books and replaces MGN 123.
Amendment 2 updates section 1.1 only.
