New version of medium AAA results leaflet. Multiple changes (none clinical), largely at a textual level designed to increase readability, plus some restructuring to improve flow of information.

Changed content type to guidance.

Removed the PDF version as this document is not accessible. Removed the screening helpdesk information. Added up-to-date information on how to request alternative formats.

Updating confidentiality section, replacing mention of Public Health England with NHS England.

Addition of plain A4 PDF version for printing, to provide for people unable to access this information online.
