Section 31 grant to local authorities in England and Wales for 2024 to 2025. Supports local authorities in England and Wales to meet the new burdens and additional costs imposed on their Trading Standards Authorities as the enforcing agencies for the sales and delivery legislative measures relating to corrosive products within the Offensive Weapons Act 2019.
