1. Overview听
Building Digital UK (BDUK) publishes monthly contract-level data on the progress of its Project Gigabit contracts.听
The data is rounded to the nearest 10 and numbers may not sum due to rounding. Contracted figures include initial scope of contracts only. 鈥�CO鈥� refers to Type C Call Off contracts.听
These figures are not directly comparable to the figures published in its鈥�official statistics听releases; they track the number of contracted premises to which the supplier has delivered a gigabit-capable connection, whereas the official statistics report on the number of premises that have received a gigabit-capable connection听as a result of鈥�BDUK鈥痵耻产蝉颈诲测.听
The contracted premises data only includes premises in the听initial听scope of contracts; there may also be deferred scope premises that are not reflected here.听
This table is a snapshot of data held by鈥�BDUK鈥痮n听20听January. There is a variable time lag between听contract signature/delivery听and data ingestion by鈥�BDUK, so the figures below should not be used to assess whether contractual milestones have been met.听听
