Forms need to be printed at full size on white A4 sized paper.
To register a charge created before 6 April 2013, use form MG07 (England and Wales, Northern Ireland) or form MG07s (Scotland) from the .
The fees shown on archived forms may be out of date and incorrect. You鈥檒l need to include the correct Companies House fees.
