Use form MR01 to register particulars of a mortgage or charge created on or after 6 April 2013 for a UK registered company.

It takes longer to process paper forms sent by post.
Forms must be printed at full size on white A4 paper.
Charges created before 6 April 2013
Any particulars of a mortgage or charge created before 6 April 2013 must be registered on form MG01 (England and Wales, Northern Ireland) or form MG01s (Scotland) from .
Archived forms may show incorrect fees. You鈥檒l need to include the correct Companies House fees.
