This direction was revoked on the 4 July 2022 following and is no longer in force.
This revised direction required the council to continue to take steps to improve its children鈥檚 social care services, including co-operating with the Department for Education鈥檚 (DfE鈥檚) appointed Improvement Adviser.
This revised direction replaced the earlier statutory direction issued to Torbay Council in December 2019.
