Adding translations for: Arabic, Bengali, Gujarati, Polish, Portuguese, Punjabi, Romanian, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Urdu.

New version of large AAA results leaflet. Multiple changes (none clinical), largely at a textual level designed to increase readability, plus some restructuring to improve flow of information.

Changed content type to guidance.

Removed the PDF version of the leaflet as the document is not accessible.
