Details
state that many decorative paints and paints used by vehicle body shops for repairs can only be marketed if they have less than specified amounts of volatile organic compounds in them.
The Regulatory Policy Committee (RPC) gave a ‘green’ rating to  on 4 March 2025. This means that we considered the review to be fit for purpose based on our scrutiny of the evidence and analysis presented.
