This chapter will support our economies through effective and balanced protection and enforcement of IP rights. It covers copyright and related rights, designs, trade marks, geographical indications (GIs), patents, and trade secrets, as well as the enforcement of IP rights, and ongoing co-operation in relation to IP matters.
