WeÌýare asking young people aged 16 and under from across the UK to share their ideas about climate and nature. These ideas will help shape what the Youth Climate and Nature Panel focuses on when it starts later this year.Ìý
We want to hear about theÌýclimate or nature issuesÌýthatÌýmatter most to you – what ideas do you have that the government’s Youth Climate and Nature Panel should consider?Ìý
This could cover climate and nature issues in the UK or the area where you live, ideasÌýforÌýaction in communities,Ìýschools or other groups across the country, or suggestions forÌýhow young people can work withÌýgovernment,Ìýbusinesses, or people from other generations.ÌýÌý
WeÌýare looking to hearÌýfrom school, community,Ìýsports,ÌýfaithÌýor other youth groups. You can share your thoughts in a range of ways, including:ÌýÌý
- short videosÌý
- digital artwork, likeÌýdrawingsÌýorÌýpostersÌý
- written submissions, like letters, poems,ÌýessaysÌýor short responsesÌýÌý
- audio recordings or presentationsÌýÌý
- creative newÌýdigitalÌýways of sharing your ideasÌýÌýÌý
As well as helping to shape the work of the Youth Climate and NatureÌýPanelÌýweÌýwill explain how these ideas have been considered and will also showcase entries to the public to celebrate a range of inspiring ideas, with participants’ permission.
How to submit your entry
You’ll need to provide the following information as part of your application:
- the name and address of the group, school or club submitting the application
- the name and email address of the adult submitting the application on behalf of the group
