Public-sector trade union facility time data

This page hosts the public-sector facility time data submitted to the Cabinet Office by organisations using the reporting service.

Publication of trade union facility time data usage submitted by organisations as was previously required under the Trade Union (Facility Time Publication Requirements) Regulations 2017.

Details

Facility time is paid time-off during working hours for trade union representatives to carry out trade union duties.

All public-sector organisations that employ more than 49 full-time employees were previously required to submit data relating to the use of facility time in their organisation.

The service

The reporting service is now closed.

Public-sector organisations are no longer required to submit data relating to the use of facility time in their organisation.
