Information for reporting adverse events involving residues from animal medicine.
Residues are small chemical amounts remaining after agricultural production or processing. They may be found in food products, such as cow’s milk. Â
To report a residue concern, use the ‘Animal Adverse Event Reporting Form’ option.
Enter as many applicable fields as possible.
Adverse event details
In the ‘Details of adverse event’ section, provide details of the amount of residue and where and how it was detected.
It is also useful to include details of how the related product was stored and administered.
