You can use this form to聽report聽a聽concern聽about how聽a聽public authority has聽applied聽their Prevent duties. Your concerns help us聽identify聽and review issues with how the duty is applied.听聽
The Office of the Independent Prevent Commissioner (OIPC) will not investigate every concern, but will record all of them and look for patterns. These records will contribute to future reviews conducted by the Independent Prevent Commissioner.

OIPC cannot respond to complaints about:聽
- Prevent policy or聽strategy聽decisions made by聽the聽government聽聽
- general policing matters聽not聽related to聽the聽Prevent duty聽聽
- immigration or visa decisions聽聽
- court decisions or legal proceedings聽聽
- council services beyond their Prevent duty responsibilities
