DNALC6400 - Distributors/dealers: Revocation or suspension of a licence
Where you are satisfied that a licensed distributor is no longer required to be licensed in respect of particular premises, or there is reasonable cause to revoke a licence you should:

| 1 | Inform the distributor in writing that because …………….(state reasons), the licence is to be revoked or suspended. And send the revocation letter to theÌýEPT to issue. If you wish to do this immediately you can but a copy must be sent to the EPT |
| 2 | TheÌýEPT will update DTR and send the appropriate information to the trader’s folder |
