ERSM20140 - Employment-related securities and options: loan stock
Debentures, debenture stock, loan stock, bonds, certificates of deposit and other instruments creating or acknowledging indebtedness (other than contracts of insurance) are included in the definition of securities. This includes both Government and company loan stock (see ITEPA03/S420 (1)(b)).
