Step 1

On the ‘Function °Ç¸ç³Ô¹Ï’

• select ‘Household’ on the toolbar
• select ‘View Notes’ from the options available. You will be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data’ screen
• enter the customer’s NINO
• select the relevant checkbox
• select ‘OK’.

If you are taken to the ‘Select Household’ screen

• select the relevant household
• select ‘OK’. You will be taken to the ‘View Notes’ screen where you can view the notes and expand them by selecting them and then selecting ‘OK’.

If you are taken straight to the ‘View Notes’ screen, you can view the notes and expand them by selecting them and then selecting ‘OK’.
