VPOST4500 - Scope of the exemption: HM Forces Mail
Outgoing and incoming HM Forces Mail services provided by Royal Mail is exempt from VAT, with the exception of certain contract services which are subject to individual negotiation (see VPOST4150) and which therefore become liable to VAT at the standard rate.
