Hazard
The octopus and crab present a high risk of choking as they have extended ‘limbs’ which could present a choking hazard for young children, particularly those under 10 months of age who have a natural tendency to explore objects by placing them in their mouths. Improvements are also required to product marking and labelling. Â
The products do not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
The products have been recalled from end users by µþ²¹²ú¾±Ìý±Ê³Ü°ù and consumers have been contacted to advise them of the risk. Â
