This consultation seeks views on the first Online Procedure Rules to be made by the OPRC. These rules will apply to all proceedings where there are Online Procedure Rules.
The first open meeting of the Online Procedure Rule Committee will take place on 20 October 2025 at 2:15pm via Microsoft Teams.
The sub-committee includes expertise from across the civil, family and tribunals justice sector and members of the judiciary.
